Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning at least two weeks prior to treatment
  • Shave the area to be treated prior to your appointment
  • Avoid using any creams, lotions, or other products on the area for 24-48 hours before treatment
  • Do not wax, pluck, or use any hair removal methods that remove the hair from the root in the area to be treated
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine on the day of treatment
  • If you are prone to cold sores, inform your practitioner, as they may prescribe antiviral medication
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing to the appointment
  • Inform the practitioner of any medications or supplements you are taking, as some may increase skin sensitivity
  • Let the practitioner know if you have a history of keloid scars or other skin conditions
  • If you have a history of herpes simplex virus in the treatment area, inform the practitioner, as they may prescribe antiviral medication

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks after treatment
  • Apply ice or a cold compress to the treated area for 10-15 minutes to reduce swelling and discomfort
  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms for 24-48 hours after treatment
  • Avoid picking, scratching, or rubbing the treated area
  • Avoid using any exfoliating or harsh skin products on the treated area for at least 24 hours
  • Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer on the treated area
  • Avoid using makeup or other cosmetic products on the treated area for 24 hours
  • Avoid swimming in pools or hot tubs for 24 hours after treatment
  • Avoid excessive exercise or heavy sweating for 24 hours after treatment
  • Inform the practitioner of any unusual symptoms or reactions you experience after treatment
