Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods as they may cause inflammation and redness of the skin.
  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds 24 hours prior to the treatment.
  • Avoid using exfoliating products 24 hours before the treatment.
  • Remove all makeup and contact lenses before arriving for the treatment.
  • Wash your face with a gentle cleanser before arriving for the treatment.
  • Avoid shaving or waxing 24 hours before the treatment.
  • Inform the esthetician of any medications you are currently taking or if you have any allergies or sensitivities.
  • Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before the treatment.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary forms.

Aftercare

After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise and saunas for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Avoid using exfoliating products for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when going outdoors.
  • Drink plenty of water to help hydrate your skin.
  • Avoid touching or picking at your face.
  • Avoid using makeup for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • The esthetician may recommend certain skincare products for you to use at home to prolong the benefits of the facial.
  • It is best to avoid alcohol, caffeine and spicy foods for the rest of the day following the treatment.
  • Avoid using any other skincare treatments or procedures for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • If you experience any redness or irritation, please contact the spa or clinic where you received the treatment
