Jay Santana
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I introduce myself as Jay Santana, one of the proud co-owners of Eternal Beauty Medical Centre. With a decade of personal immersion in the medical aesthetics industry, I bring to this venture a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for excellence in our field.
My journey in this industry began as an entrepreneur, having owned and operated two medical product distribution companies. One company manages sales in the USA, while the other oversees operations across six Latin American countries. Over the past decade, I’ve made it my mission to attend renowned medical aesthetic expos worldwide, learning from and networking with the foremost experts in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and nursing.
Driven by a relentless thirst for knowledge, I established a partner company in education, catering to the needs of doctors in North and South America. Collaborating with esteemed partners such as plastic surgeons from Brazil, Turkey, South Korea, and Dubai, as well as directors from the Canadian and American Boards of Aesthetic Medicine.
My oversight of ten esteemed brands in the medical aesthetics landscape has granted me invaluable insights. This hands-on experience spans a diverse spectrum of treatments, encompassing fundamental elements such as toxins and facial fillers, while also extending to the vanguard of innovation, which includes pioneering techniques like Thread Lift, body fillers, and Exosomes. Through comprehensive training programs, I’ve had the privilege of sharing profound insights on marketing strategies, sales training, treatment methodologies, and market positioning with numerous healthcare professionals.
My extensive international exposure across dynamic markets in Latin America, the USA, Europe, and South Korea has been pivotal in propelling innovation. These markets have consistently been at the forefront of advancements, pioneering innovative approaches that often surpass our North American market in time. This exposure has allowed me to observe and integrate cutting-edge practices, innovative techniques, and diverse methodologies that have significantly contributed to shaping my comprehensive understanding of the global landscape within the industry.
I take pride in being a catalyst for innovation and education in this field, leveraging my international presence to connect professionals across the Americas with the finest practices globally. This commitment to fostering growth and knowledge stems from my upbringing, surrounded by a successful medical clinic owned by my mother and influenced by my father’s expertise as a physical rehabilitation specialist.
My academic journey, initially in life sciences at McMaster University, later transitioning to engineering, provided a diverse foundation. A pivotal summer internship in Calgary with a technology company sparked a profound passion for sales, business, and personal development.
At the core of my companies lie foundational pillars: team building, empowerment, and patient-centric care. The vision for Eternal Beauty Medical Centre is a culmination of this philosophy, aiming to provide the best treatments, continuous staff education, and the most advanced & luxurious facility in North America.

Barbara Mcbean
The founder of many prestigious beauty brands in North American and Eternal Beauty Institutes Clinical Esthetics Colleges, Barbara has a distinct passion for all things beauty and medical esthetics. Barbara has also written several clinical esthetics textbooks and currently is the force behind the Eternal Beauty lines of exclusive skincare, lashing products, permanent make-up pigments, medical tattooing equipment. A leader in the clinical industry in Canada.
With the vision of bringing the very best of regenerative spa treatments to clients in Calgary, Winnipeg and Regina the opening of Eternal Beauty Medical Centres is the latest in the progression of the realization of the consistent forward momentum to embark upon new horizons in medical and clinical esthetics.
There is an innate intelligence in the human body that when harnessed will allow us to slow down the aging process, allow clients to find the pinnacle of our own natural beauty and live a vibrant and healthy life. Our aim with the Eternal Beauty Medical Centres is to work with each and every patient on an ongoing long term basis to help to recapture the vibrancy of youth and the vitality that beauty brings.
Dr. Karen L. Dallas
MDCM, Dip(ABLM), FRCPC
Dr. Dallas is a multi-specialty physician, originally trained in Hematopathology & Transfusion Medicine and more recently board-certified in both Lifestyle Medicine & Aesthetic Medicine.
Outside of her pure medical training, she is also certified as a personal trainer, a life coach, and a quality improvement specialist.  She is also passionate about education, leadership and global medicine – having lived & worked in both West & East Africa on many occasions.
Lifestyle Medicine & Coaching work synergistically for Dr. Dallas as she helps to empower her clients to take back their lives & their health.
Dr. Dallas has extensive experience with plant medicines as well – both as a facilitator & a participant. Two particular areas of interest are the use of psychedelics for chronic pain & psychedelic-assisted coaching.
Dr. Dallas is an American transplant to Canada and her personal mission is to combat injustice & inequity in our world by leveraging her own unique mix of knowledge, skills & abilities to excite & empower others who have hearts for helping such that they can achieve personal mastery and thus feel compelled to give back and make a difference in our world.
Dr. Saima Khan
Dr. Saima Khan is the acting Medical Director for the Calgary Location. She is passionate about client care and bringing the best of her skills and oversight to the team.
Dr. Salma loves the new frontier of regenerative medicine.
Jasmine
Clinical Esthetician and Clinic Director
Jasmine’s passion for the health and beauty industry has fueled her diverse career. With previous experience in dermatology clinics and dental practices, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of overall health and wellness. Currently, as a Clinical Esthetician and Clinic Director, Jasmine’s roles seamlessly align with her expertise.
Working closely with people is Jasmine’s true joy, as she thrives on providing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. Her non-judgmental approach creates a comfortable and confident atmosphere, making you feel at ease throughout your skin health journey. Prepare to radiate both on the inside and outside under Jasmine’s care!
Victoria Tucker
RN, Nurse Injector, Medical Cosmetic Specialist
Victoria (her friends call her Tuck) is a Registered Nurse with a background in rural obstetrics. But her passion doesn’t stop there – making people look and feel their best is her jam! Whether it’s welcoming your newborn or perfecting your already beautiful face, she is here to make your day brighter. The best part? Building connections with her amazing patients! Beyond the scrubs, she is a happy wife and proud mom to a little sunshine who keeps her life exciting + two fur babies. She can’t wait to meet you!
Stephanie Vukotic
RN, Nurse Injector, Medical Cosmetic Specialist
Stephanie graduated nursing school in 2011 at Mount Royal University. She has worked in hospice, mental health, general medicine and ER. Aside from EB Medical Centre Stephanie also currently works in intensive care for both adults and pediatrics. With an extensive background in Cosmetic Medical Esthetics services as education – you are in the very best care with Steph. She is also a new Mom and she is a huge foodie. Her biggest guilty pleasure is relaxing and watching “Vanderpump Rules” &  “The real Housewives”….. don’t worry Steph (we love them too!).Â
Coco Jin

Coco Jin is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse that is passionate about client care. Her career has spanned decades with experience in almost all types of nursing. Coco also has a passion for medical cosmetics and has a very skilled hand when it comes to creating perfection for her clientele. Her warm and friendly attitude will make you instantly feel at home and at ease.
Preet Sidhu

Preet is a passionate RN with an impressive career history for her young age. She is extremely knowledgeable and has gone through extensive training and a lengthy internship. Her interest in the beauty industry sparked when she was a model. With a background in cardiology nursing – her true artistry lies in her extreme precision in all things cosmetic aesthetics and injectables. Safety is the post important value to Preet and she loves to bring symmetry to her clients. You are in excellent hands with Preet and we are so happy to have her on the team! Â

Tattoo Artist and Micropigmention Specialist Rochelle is a passionate artist with regards to all types of tattooing services. She is both a seasoned educator and practitioner. Her attention to detail and eye for flawless symmetry makes her one of the top PMU artists in all of western Canada. Rochelle offers all styles of permanent make up and ornate tattooing.

Stacey Christiansen
Head Administrator
Stacey Christiansen is the Head Administrator at Eternal Beauty, a role she has held for three years. She prides herself on being the first friendly face clients and students see every morning. She loves assisting everyone and doing her best to leave a little positive energy in the lives of all others. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys watching movies, taking leisurely walks with her dog, and indulging in some retail therapy. Family is also very important to her, and she values spending time with her loved ones.Â
Michelle Macaulay
Clinical Esthetician/Educator
Michelle Macaulay is a passionate Clinical Esthetics Educator with a background in all things beauty. With a Cidesco Esthetics diploma with honors from Scientific Marvel in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Michelle’s education is the foundation of her expertise. Her dedication to helping people and making them look and feel their best is evident in her work.
In addition to her accomplishments in the beauty industry, Michelle is also a trained Interior Decorator from Mount Royal University. This unique combination of skills allows her to bring a creative and holistic approach to her work.
Throughout her many years in the industry, Michelle has been supported by her loving husband and three daughters. In the classroom, she shares her extensive knowledge of the latest technology in skin treatments with her students, always eager to help and with a warm smile on her face.
Andrea Stevens "Aka" Work Mom

Andrea Stevens has been a dedicated member of Eternal Beauty for many years. She plays an integral role as the sole individual behind all student emails and is also involved in school registrar and scheduling. Apart from her professional responsibilities, Andrea finds joy in baking, indulging in delectable treats, watching movies, and savoring carbs. Her most cherished role is being a loving mom and an awesome wife to her high school sweetheart. She loves to make all students feel comfortable & excited – she is defiantly our schools “Work Mom”
Carol Howlett
Office Administrator
Carol Howlett has been an integral part of the Eternal Beauty team since 2017, where she serves as the Administrator of Vocational Education and also holds the role of Administrator Director of In-House Projects. Prior to her current position, Carol gained valuable experience in the oil & gas industry. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds fulfillment in the simple pleasures of gardening, the escape provided by a good book, and the joy of dancing.

She is a confident professional who lends her warm welcome and efficient assistance to students at Eternal Beauty. As a dedicated receptionist at this upscale beauty school, she ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly, all while radiating a love for glamour and style.
