How do I book my appointment?

Simply scroll up and click the "Book Now" button! Use our very own advanced online scheduler that will take you step-by-step through the process. You will be able to pay for your service, or simply leave a $50.00 deposit to secure your appointment.

Will parking be available?

Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Am I able to cancel or reschedule?

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

What is the policy for late arrivals?

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Avoid sun exposure: Stay out of the sun for at least two weeks prior to the procedure to minimize the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Stop certain products: Stop using retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acids, and exfoliating scrubs at least one week before the procedure.
Avoid waxing and other hair removal methods: Do not have any waxing or hair removal treatments on the area to be treated for at least one week before the procedure.
Avoid alcohol: Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before the procedure to minimize the risk of post-procedural redness and swelling.
Cleanse the skin: Cleanse the skin thoroughly before the procedure to remove any oils or makeup.
Follow your practitioner's instructions: Your practitioner may have additional pre-care instructions specific to your individual needs, so be sure to follow their instructions.

Aftercare

After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

Avoid sun exposure: Stay out of direct sunlight and use a high-SPF sunscreen for at least two weeks after the procedure to minimize the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Avoid heat exposure: Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms for at least 24 hours after the procedure to minimize the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Avoid picking or scratching: Do not pick or scratch at the treated area as this can cause scarring or infection.
Avoid makeup: Avoid wearing makeup for at least 24 hours after the procedure to allow the skin to heal.
Avoid alcohol: Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after the procedure to minimize the risk of post-procedural redness and swelling.
Follow a gentle skincare routine: Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer after the procedure, and avoid using any active skincare ingredients for at least 48 hours after the procedure.
Follow your practitioner's instructions: Your practitioner may have additional aftercare instructions specific to your individual needs, so be sure to follow their instructions.
