Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Avoid waxing or plucking: Avoid waxing or plucking hair from the treatment area for at least two weeks prior to the procedure.
  • Inform your practitioner of any medications: Let your practitioner know if you are taking any medications, including blood thinners, as these may impact the treatment.
  • Cleanse the skin: Cleanse the skin thoroughly before the treatment to remove any makeup, oil, or debris.
  • Avoid alcohol: Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.
  • Wear appropriate clothing: Wear clothing that provides easy access to the treatment area and is comfortable.
  • Arrive on time: Arrive on time for your appointment to allow enough time for preparation and consultation.

  • Protect skin from sun exposure: Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30 and avoid direct sun exposure for at least one week after the treatment.
  • Avoid sweating: Avoid strenuous activities and sweating for at least 24 hours after the treatment to prevent irritation and redness.
  • Avoid hot showers: Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Cleanse the skin gently: Cleanse the skin gently using a mild cleanser and lukewarm water for the first few days after the treatment.
  • Avoid using skincare products: Avoid using skincare products that contain retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) for at least one week after the treatment.
  • Avoid touching the treated area: Avoid touching the treated area with dirty hands to prevent infection.
  • Apply a cool compress: If the skin is red or irritated, apply a cool compress to the treated area to soothe the skin.
  • Follow-up with your practitioner: Schedule a follow-up appointment with your practitioner to monitor the progress of the treatment and to discuss any concerns you may have.
