Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

  • Do not drink alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours before the procedure.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements for at least a week before the procedure.
  • Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen for at least 24 hours before the procedure.
  • Do not have any facial treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments, for at least two weeks before the procedure.
  • Make sure your lips are not sunburned, chapped, or cut on the day of the procedure.
  • Arrive at the appointment with a clean face and lips, free of any makeup or moisturizers.
  • Consult with your technician about any medications or medical conditions that may affect the procedure.

Aftercare

After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid getting your lips wet for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
  • Do not use any lip products, including lip balm, lipstick, or gloss, for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
  • Avoid picking or scratching your lips during the healing process.
  • Apply the aftercare balm or ointment provided by your technician to your lips as instructed.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds for at least two weeks after the procedure.
  • Avoid swimming, saunas, and steam rooms for at least two weeks after the procedure.
  • Do not have any facial treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments, for at least four weeks after the procedure.
  • Be patient during the healing process, which may take up to two weeks. Your lips may appear darker, dry, and flaky during this time.
  • Follow up with your technician as instructed to ensure proper healing and touch-ups if necessary.
