Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Avoid sun exposure to the treated area for at least two weeks prior to the procedure to minimize the risk of skin irritation and interference with the tattooing process.
  • Refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours before the procedure to reduce the risk of bleeding and skin sensitivity.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours before the procedure to prevent interference with the tattooing process and increased risk of bleeding.
  • Avoid smoking for at least 24 hours before the procedure to minimize the risk of complications and interference with the healing process.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before the procedure to keep the skin hydrated and reduce the risk of bleeding.
  • Wear comfortable clothing on the day of the procedure, preferably loose-fitting clothing that can be easily removed for greater comfort.
  • Arrive on time for the procedure to allow the technician to prepare the treatment area and provide any necessary instructions before beginning the procedure.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid water on the treated area for at least 24 hours after the procedure to allow the skin to heal and prevent infection.
  • Apply a thin layer of ointment or healing balm to the treated area as directed by the technician to help soothe the skin and promote healing.
  • Avoid touching or scratching the treated area to prevent irritation and infection.
  • Avoid wearing tight clothing or bras that may rub against the treated area and cause irritation.
  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 4 weeks after the procedure to prevent fading and discoloration of the tattooed area.
  • Avoid swimming, saunas, and hot tubs for at least 2 weeks after the procedure to prevent infection and fading of the tattooed area.
  • Avoid excessive sweating or exercise for at least 2 weeks after the procedure to prevent irritation and infection.
  • Do not apply makeup or other products to the treated area until it has fully healed to prevent infection and irritation.
  • Keep the treated area clean and dry to promote healing and prevent infection.
  • Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments with the technician to monitor the healing process and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments to the tattooed area.
