Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Avoid using any harsh skin care products or treatments for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment as you may need to remove your shirt or top.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 24 hours after your treatment.
  • Use a gentle cleanser to cleanse your face twice a day.
  • Avoid any exfoliating products or treatments for 48 hours after your treatment.
  • Avoid using any harsh skin care products or treatments for at least 48 hours after your treatment.
  • Wear a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher when out in the sun.
  • Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
  • Use a mild moisturizer after cleansing your face.
  • Avoid any activities that can cause excessive sweating for 24 hours after your treatment.
