Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Pre-Care

Before your treatment

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks before the peel.
  • Discontinue use of any exfoliating products, such as scrubs or acids, for at least one week before the peel.
  • If you have a history of cold sores, inform your esthetician and your doctor may recommend an antiviral medication before your peel.
  • Inform your esthetician of any medications you are currently taking, as some medications can increase skin sensitivity.
  • Avoid waxing or threading for at least one week before the peel.
  • Avoid using any retinol, vitamin C, or other active skincare products for at least three days before the peel.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours before the peel
  • Inform your esthetician of any allergies or sensitivities you have.
  • Cleanse your skin thoroughly before the peel, and remove all makeup, oils, and other impurities from your skin to ensure the best results.
  • Avoid any electrolysis, depilatory, or hair removal methods for at least 48 hours before the peel.

After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 every day to protect your newly-revealed skin.
  • Avoid any sauna, steam room, or hot tub for at least 24 hours after the peel.
  • Avoid any strenuous exercise or sweating for at least 24 hours after the peel.
  • Avoid any facial treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, or any other hair removal methods for at least 48 hours after the peel.
  • Avoid any products containing retinol, alpha hydroxy acids, or other exfoliating ingredients for at least one week after the peel.
  • Avoid any makeup for at least 24 hours after the peel.
  • Avoid any swimming, hot tubs, or any other activities that expose your skin to chlorine or other chemicals for at least 48 hours after the peel.
  • Use products recommended by your esthetician to soothe, hydrate and protect your skin.
  • Keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water and using a moisturizer as recommended by your esthetician
  • Follow-up with your esthetician in the next few days to discuss the results and if any further treatments are necessary.
