Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Be honest and open: Your coach needs to understand your unique circumstances, symptoms, and experiences to help you effectively, so be open and honest about what you're going through.
  • Come prepared: Think about your goals, concerns, and anything else you'd like to discuss during your coaching session. Write them down to ensure you cover everything.
  • Avoid mind-altering substances: To get the most out of your coaching session, avoid using drugs or alcohol prior to your appointment. They can alter your mental state and interfere with the effectiveness of the session.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Practice self-care: Make sure you are taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. This includes getting enough rest, eating healthy, staying active, and taking time for yourself to do things that make you feel good.
  • Use your coping strategies: Your coach may have helped you develop some coping strategies for dealing with your depression. Make sure to continue using these strategies after your session.
  • Follow up with your coach: Your coach may recommend follow-up sessions or check-ins to make sure you are progressing and staying on track with your goals.
  • Stay positive: Try to maintain a positive mindset and focus on progress, even if it's small. Celebrate your successes and be kind to yourself.
