Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Avoid consuming caffeine or other stimulants before the session, as these can increase anxiety symptoms.
  • Arrive on time or a few minutes early to allow for any necessary paperwork or preparation.


After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Practice the techniques and strategies discussed in your session regularly to reinforce the benefits of the coaching.
  • Be patient with yourself and allow time for progress and growth.
  • Continue to take care of your mental and physical health through exercise, healthy eating, and self-care practices.
  • Keep an open line of communication with your coach and follow up as needed.
  • Be aware of your thoughts and behaviors, and use the tools you've learned in your session to manage any symptoms of anxiety.
  • Seek additional support if needed, such as therapy or medication.
  • Be kind to yourself and acknowledge your progress and successes.
  • Incorporate positive affirmations and visualization exercises into your daily routine to reinforce positive thinking patterns.
