Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Exfoliate: Exfoliate the area to be treated the day before your appointment, but not on the day of the appointment. This helps to remove dead skin cells and opens up the hair follicles, making it easier to remove the hair.
  • Avoid tanning: Avoid sunbathing, tanning beds, or spray tans for at least 24 hours before your appointment. This is because the skin can be more sensitive and prone to burning or irritation after hair removal.
  • Avoid certain products: Avoid using any creams, lotions, or oils on the area to be treated on the day of the appointment, as they can interfere with the hair removal process.
  • Pain relief: If you are concerned about pain during the treatment, you can take a pain reliever such as ibuprofen or aspirin about 30 minutes before your appointment.
  • Hygiene: Make sure the area to be treated is clean and dry before your appointment. Avoid wearing tight clothing or underwear that may rub against the treated area.

  • Avoid hot water: Avoid hot baths, saunas, or hot tubs for at least 24 hours after your appointment, as the heat can cause irritation or infection.
  • Moisturize: Apply a gentle moisturizer to the treated area to help soothe and hydrate the skin.
  • Avoid tight clothing: Avoid wearing tight clothing or underwear that may rub against the treated area for at least 24 hours after the appointment.
  • Avoid sun exposure: Avoid sunbathing, tanning beds, or spray tans for at least 24 hours after your appointment.
  • Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the treated area 2-3 times a week to prevent ingrown hairs and keep the skin smooth. Avoid exfoliating for the first 48 hours after your appointment.
  • Avoid certain products: Avoid using any creams, lotions, or oils that contain harsh chemicals or fragrances on the treated area for at least 24 hours after the appointment.
  • Be gentle: Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at the treated area, as this can cause irritation or infection.
