Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

  • Avoid blood thinners: Avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil for at least a week before your appointment. This is because these medications can increase the risk of bleeding and bruising during the treatment.
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine: Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours before your appointment. This can help to reduce the risk of swelling and bleeding during the treatment.
  • Hygiene: Wash your hair thoroughly with a gentle shampoo on the day of your appointment to ensure that the scalp is clean and free of any styling products or oils.
  • Hair length: Make sure that your hair is shaved or clipped very short before your appointment, as this can make it easier for the technician to see the scalp and create a more precise result.
  • Consultation: Attend an initial consultation with your SMP technician to discuss your goals and expectations for the treatment, as well as any medical conditions or medications that may affect the treatment.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Keep the area dry: Avoid getting the treated area wet for at least 4 days after your SMP treatment. This means no washing, sweating, or swimming during this time. Moisture can affect the healing process and cause the pigment to blur.
  • Avoid sunlight: Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least 4 days after the treatment. Sun exposure can cause the pigment to fade and may also cause irritation or blistering.
  • Apply ointment: Apply a thin layer of an aftercare ointment recommended by your technician to the treated area 2-3 times a day for the first 4 days. This will help to keep the area moisturized and aid in the healing process.
  • Avoid physical activity: Avoid strenuous physical activity and exercise for at least 4 days after the treatment. Excessive sweating can cause the pigment to blur and may also irritate the skin.
  • Don't scratch: Avoid scratching or picking at the treated area, as this can cause scarring or premature fading of the pigment.
  • Avoid certain products: Avoid using any hair products that contain harsh chemicals or fragrances on the treated area for at least 4 days after the treatment.
  • Avoid hats: Avoid wearing tight-fitting hats or headgear for at least 4 days after the treatment. This can cause the pigment to blur or smudge.
