Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Stop certain skincare products: Avoid using retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), and beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) for at least one week before the treatment.
  • Avoid waxing or plucking: Do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams on the treatment area for at least one week before the treatment.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications: If you take blood-thinning medications, inform your provider, as you may need to stop taking these medications before the treatment.
  • Arrive makeup-free: Arrive at the appointment with a clean face, free of makeup and lotions.
  • Shave the treatment area: If necessary, shave the treatment area to ensure easy access for the laser.
  • Discuss your medical history: Inform your provider of any medical conditions or medications you are taking, as these may affect the outcome of the treatment.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure: Protect your skin from sun exposure and wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher after the treatment.
  • Avoid saunas and hot showers: Avoid saunas, hot showers, and excessive sweating for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment.
  • Avoid picking or scratching: Do not pick or scratch at the treated area, as this may cause scarring or discoloration.
  • Avoid makeup: Avoid wearing makeup on the treated area for the first 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Apply cold compresses: Apply cold compresses to the treated area to reduce swelling and discomfort.
  • Use aftercare products: Use recommended aftercare products, such as aloe vera or petroleum jelly, to soothe and hydrate the skin.
  • Avoid certain skincare products: Avoid using retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), and beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) for at least one week after the treatment.
  • Keep the skin hydrated: Drink plenty of water and keep your skin hydrated to promote healing and reduce the risk of infection.
