Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks before the procedure, as it can affect the color and healing process.
  • Discontinue the use of blood-thinning medications, supplements, and alcohol for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to minimize the risk of bleeding and swelling.
  • Avoid using any skincare products containing acids, exfoliants, or retinol on the tattoo area for at least a week before the procedure, as they can cause irritation and affect the ink retention.
  • Arrive at your appointment with clean skin and avoid applying any makeup or skincare products on the tattoo area.
  • If you have a history of cold sores or fever blisters, you may need to take antiviral medication before and after the procedure to prevent an outbreak.
  • If you have any medical conditions or allergies, inform your technician before the appointment to ensure safety and avoid complications.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Keep the tattooed area clean and dry for the first 24 hours after the procedure. Avoid touching, rubbing, or scratching the area, as this can cause infection and affect the healing process.
  • Apply a thin layer of the provided aftercare ointment with clean hands or a Q-tip to the tattooed area for the next 7-10 days, or as instructed by your technician.
  • Avoid exposing the tattooed area to direct sunlight, tanning beds, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms for at least 2 weeks after the procedure.
  • Avoid using any skincare products containing acids, exfoliants, or retinol on the tattooed area for at least 2 weeks after the procedure.
  • Do not pick, scratch, or peel the scabs that may form on the tattooed area during the healing process.
