How do I book my appointment?

Simply scroll up and click the "Book Now" button! Use our very own advanced online scheduler that will take you step-by-step through the process. You will be able to pay for your service, or simply leave a $50.00 deposit to secure your appointment.

Will parking be available?

Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Am I able to cancel or reschedule?

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

What is the policy for late arrivals?

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Before your treatment

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

Avoid sun exposure for at least two weeks before the treatment.
Avoid tanning beds, self-tanners, and spray tans.
Stop using any blood thinners, such as aspirin or ibuprofen, for at least five days prior to the treatment.
Avoid waxing, plucking, or electrolysis in the treatment area for at least one week before the procedure.
Do not apply any lotions, creams, or oils to the treatment area prior to the appointment.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to the appointment.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine on the day of the treatment.
If you have a history of cold sores, inform the provider and take antiviral medication as directed.
Avoid intense exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating for the 24 hours before the treatment.
Stop using any topical creams or lotions that contain retinoids or alpha-hydroxy acids in the treatment area for at least one week before the procedure.

Aftercare

After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

Avoid sun exposure for at least two weeks after the treatment.
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms for the first 48 hours after the treatment.
Avoid intense exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating for the first 48 hours after the treatment.
Avoid sitting or lying directly on your buttocks for the first 48 hours after the treatment.
Avoid applying any topical creams or lotions that contain retinoids or alpha-hydroxy acids to the treated area.
Avoid shaving the treated area for at least one week after the treatment.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine for the first 24 hours after the treatment.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to avoid irritating the treated area.
If needed, use a cool compress to soothe the treated area and reduce swelling.
