Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Refrain from wearing makeup to your appointment
  • Avoid direct sun exposure
  • Avoid scrubs, exfoliating agents, and products containing alcohol or retinol for at least 24 hours prior to treatment
  • Inform your aesthetician of any medications you are taking or any conditions you have that could affect your treatment
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to treatment
  • Drink plenty of water prior to treatment to ensure skin is hydrated
  • Remove all jewelry before treatment
  • Avoid waxing, tweezing, and electrolysis for at least one week prior to treatment
  • Avoid using any over-the-counter acne products that contain salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or glycolic acid

Aftercare

After your treatment

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 24 hours
  • Avoid heavy exercise for at least 24 hours
  • Avoid saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms for at least 24 hours
  • Avoid touching, picking, and rubbing your skin
  • Avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours
  • Avoid applying any skin products until your skin has returned to normal
  • Drink plenty of water to ensure hydration
  • Moisturize your skin regularly
  • Use a gentle cleanser to avoid irritating the skin
  • Use an oil-free moisturizer to avoid clogging pores
  • Use a light sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher
  • Avoid using any over-the-counter acne products that contain salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or glycolic acid
  • Return for follow-up appointments as recommended by your aesthetician
