No Refund Policy – Reservation Fee Terms

At Eternal Beauty Medical Centre, we are committed to providing exceptional medical aesthetic services delivered by qualified professionals. Due to the nature of medical scheduling, specialist travel, clinical preparation, and resource allocation, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy on all treatment payments and service deposits.

By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Reservation Deposit Policy
    All deposits collected for treatments and services are considered non-refundable reservation fees.

A deposit secures:

  • Dedicated appointment time
  • Allocation of medical staff and clinical resources
  • Preparation of treatment materials and documentation
  • Scheduling of specialized medical professionals (including those traveling to the clinic)
  • Loss of opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client

Once a deposit is paid, your appointment time is removed from public availability and reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling delays, or change of mind.

Deposits will be applied toward your total treatment cost at the time of service.

  1. No Refund Policy – Treatments & Services

All payments made toward medical aesthetic treatments and services are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Service deposits
  • Prepaid treatment packages
  • Individual treatment sessions
  • Promotional pricing packages
  • Membership payments
  • Gift cards
  • Administrative or consultation fees

Medical aesthetic services involve professional time, medical assessment, and preparation that cannot be returned or resold once allocated.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your appointment.

  • If adequate notice is provided (minimum notice period as stated at booking), deposits may be transferred one time to a future appointment.
  • Failure to provide required notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Rescheduling is a courtesy option and does not alter the non-refundable nature of the reservation fee.

  1. Medical Team Travel & Specialty Clinics

Certain treatments involve medical professionals who travel specifically to provide services.

In such cases:

  • Deposits are essential to confirm provider attendance.
  • Travel, lodging, and scheduling commitments are made in advance.
  • Late cancellations create unrecoverable operational costs.

For these appointments, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  1. Change of Mind Policy

Refunds are not issued due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Anxiety or uncertainty about proceeding
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal preference changes
  • Relocation
  • Dissatisfaction with promotional pricing changes

Clients are encouraged to carefully consider their decision prior to booking.

  1. Results Disclaimer

Medical aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person. Refunds are not provided based on:

  • Personal expectations
  • Desired aesthetic outcome
  • Individual biological response

All treatments are performed with informed consent and professional medical standards.

  1. Consumer Protection Compliance

Manitoba Consumer Protection does not require businesses to provide refunds unless goods are defective, misrepresented, or subject to statutory cancellation rights.

By submitting payment, clients acknowledge they have reviewed and accepted these terms.

  1. Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered only in rare circumstances at management’s sole discretion, such as:

  • Documented medical emergencies
  • Provider cancellation initiated by the clinic

Any approved exception does not create precedent for future bookings.

  1. Agreement

By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you confirm:

  • You have read and understood this policy
    • You accept that your deposit is a non-refundable reservation fee
    • You agree to these terms without exception
  1. No Refunds on Products:
    We do not offer refunds on any items, including but not limited to:
  • Skincare and body care products
  • Lash products
  • Pigments
  • Sanitary supplies
  • Makeup
  • Tattoo or piercing products
  1. No Replacement for Damaged Equipment:
  • We do notreplace products or equipment that have been broken, dropped, or mishandled by the client.
  • All clients are responsible for handling their purchases with care and following usage instructions provided in the product manuals.

 Why Refunds and Replacements Are Not Offered

  • Hygiene and Safety: For the health and safety of all our clients, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any products once they have left our facility. This ensures that all items are sanitary and free from contamination.
  • Product Integrity: Many of our products, such as pigments and lash adhesives, are sensitive to storage and handling conditions. Once items are sold, we cannot guarantee their quality if returned.
